- Corridor Studies: We provide studies indicating the economic health of primary and secondary commercial corridors. This includes neighborhood-serving retail analyses as well as the potential for producing economic drivers through policies such as cultural product district overlays or Main Street designation.
- Neighborhood Studies: We determine value gaps between appraisal and construction values in soft neighborhoods and help to indicate levels of subsidy and appropriate types of construction or land use that reduce the need for public subsidy while helping to promote economic regeneration.
